Hope this is OK for everyone, please arrange swaps as necessary. If the Sunday Club staff have anything in particular planned for the little ones, and they know early enough in the week, they will ring in the week and let you know. This may be a particular craft activity that we will be helping them with, a game that we will be playing etc. If the staff haven’t contacted us before the Sunday morning, we need to see them before the service to let them know we are there to help out that particular week.
