"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.
See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and
streams in the wasteland." Isaiah

Praise God that He makes
a way where there is no way. He is a
mighty God and all things are possible with Him.

The Arab Spring brought hopes to many Christians that there may be increased freedom for
them. However in many of the
countries affected elections have brought success for more extreme Islamist
parties which has led a more oppressive culture in which Christians have now to
live. Pray that the Lord will give
them strength, hope and courage.
Pray too for the persecutors, that the Lod will give them a change of heart, not
only to stop their persecution but to follow the Lord Jesus for themselves.

Give thanks that in Saudi Arabia, a country traditionally closed to the gospel that there
are reports of people turning to Christ and an increased boldness in witness.

Homelessness is more often than not the outcome of a series of painful circumstances -
the culmination of a journey through the desert of relational breakdown, abuse,
loss, grief, addiction or mental illness.
Pray for those who are homeless or who face the threat of becoming
homeless in the near future, that they will have the courage to leave addition
and self-destructive cycles behind and step into the hope and healing found in
Jesus. Pray for more Christian
centres to be set up locally to reach out to the homeless and offer shelter and
rehabilitaion.

|
Please continue to pray for Margaret and Moses and the school in Kitale and Kenya Kids. Give thanks that the website is now
up and running and that this has aroused increased interest in the school. Pray that money for food would be
forthcoming and also for the building project.

Pray for the churches in our area that revival would breakout and there would be a new
visitation of the Holy Spirit in the churches that hearts and lives would be set
on fire with the love of our Lord Jesus Christ and that all would see and hear
the Good News.
